What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can welcome you properly. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is breakfast included, and what can I expect?
Our kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, blender and slow-cooker (no stove). Continental breakfast supplies are provided in the kitchenette during your stay. We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions if informed ahead of time.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. We also offer free on-site parking for guests.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. There will be a $20 pet fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
Is your property suitable for children or families?
Our property is suited for both kids and adults.
What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
Guest room amenities include private bathrooms, air conditioning, a TV, fridge, kitchenette and hair dryer. Please contact us if you’d like a full list of room features.
How far are you from downtown Revelstoke and nearby attractions?
We are approximately a 5 minute drive to downtown and 5 minutes to the ski hill. For more local destinations, please visit our See & Do page.
Do you have accessibility features for guests with mobility challenges?
No, unfortunately our suite is not suitable for those in a wheelchair.
What is your policy on smoking, alcohol, and quiet hours?
Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas. Excessive drinking or partying is not permitted for the comfort and safety of all guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on other reservations. Please contact us in advance to request availability.
Are there restaurants or grocery stores nearby?
Yes, downtown Revelstoke is about 4km away and has restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping, and other services nearby.
